Due to Covid 19 and the Holiday seasons approaching we are experiencing delays in shipping. Our staff is operating and a far less capacity than normal, and are processing orders as fast as we can.
Please be sure to look for any items you ordered being labeled as "pre order" which means it is not yet available. Your order will ship once that item is in stock. Estimated shipping times are usually included in the product description of a pre order item.

If you placed an order with an item that is currently in stock with an item that is on pre order, your order will not ship until everything becomes available.

International shipments may be subject to customs fees.
This is not something we are responsible for collecting or paying.
Customs fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and will vary by country and product value. We have no control over if you are charged or how much will be due.
Shipping costs originally paid on your package cannot be refunded when your package is returned to us. When your package is returned to us we will process a refund for the items purchased and any applicable taxes.
If your package is being returned to sender and you would like it reshipped, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and let us know that you would like it reshipped along with the full address to send your order to. Please note that all reshipments will require you to pay for shipping costs again. If you would prefer to not pay for shipping again, a refund will be issued for the item(s) when they arrive back to us. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

We accept returns up to 30 days of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since the delivery of your order, we cannot accept returns on that order. Your return must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We do not accept returns on vinyl, cds, cassettes, digital downloads or any digitally delivered goods, books or magazines, dvds, swimwear, socks, underwear, or gift cards.If you would like to return some or all of your order, please refer to our full return policy below and then email us at email@example.com with your full name, order number, and a request for an authorized return form.
We are accepting returns, but will no longer process exchanges.
If you need a different size, color, or product we recommend ordering that product while it is still available online and then returning the original item(s) that you would like to be credited for.

You will be responsible for the return shipping cost for the item(s) you decide to send back. We cannot supply prepaid return labels.
We will not refund any shipping costs, including the original shipping costs.
We accept returns within 30 days of original order delivery date.
Returned items must be in NEW condition (unwashed, unworn, unsoiled, and free of odor) We will not accept returns on worn, soiled, or laundered clothing.
All sales are considered final and no returns will be accepted on: vinyl, cds, cassettes, digital downloads or any digitally delivered goods, books or magazines, dvds, swimwear, socks, underwear, or gift cards.
All refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
Your return will be processed within 2 weeks of arriving at MerchNow.
Please note: During or following the busy holiday season processing times may be extended.
Once we submit a refund the banks have to do their part which can take a few days.
Bank processing takes an average of 3-5 business days for the credit to post to your account.
